My django learning playground, born as a rewrite of hblog.

It started as a rewrite of hblog in #django and turned into how I learned the framework. I began with function-based views, moved to class-based views, and worked my way into the more advanced parts of #django from there. It ran on a cheap VPS and, for what it cost, held up well for a long time.
Single-page #js frameworks were not common yet, so I rendered a custom #bootstrap theme through #jinja templates. It looked clean, it had plenty of features, and it was one of my favorite blogs to maintain. It ended up the same way as hblog though: once I stopped writing, I let it slide into the archive.
